Wild game marinade

Measure Ingredient
2 quarts Water
½ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Salt

Combine all ingredients and marinate game for several hours. Rinse meat with cold water before cooking. This marinade eliminates the wild taste of meat, especially venison and squirrel.
