White trash fried cucumber

| 2 | larges | Cucumbers, cut length wise |
| 1½ | cup | Corn meal |

Directions
Season sliced cucumbers with salt and pepper and then using a brown paper bag, coat with corn meal. Fry in hot skillet with a little oil until golden brown. Allow to drain before serving. Serves 4-5.
