1 cup Bourbon
1 cup Brown sugar
⅔ cup Soy sauce
1 \N Cilantro ; chopped
½ cup Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worshestershire sauce
2 cups Water
3 \N Thyme ; chopped

Mix all the ingredients together and marinade meat in refrigerator 8 to 12 hours, rotating meat occasionally.
