Marinated beef

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Boneless beef sirloin steak
\N \N Cut into 1\" cubes
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Grated onion
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
¼ teaspoon Ground cumin
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Crushed red pepper
½ \N Green bell pepper cut into
\N \N 4 pieces
½ \N Red bell pepper cut into 4
\N \N Pieces
½ \N Yellow bell pepper cut into
\N \N 4 pieces
4 smalls Onions, parboiled
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste

Combine lemon juice,onion,vinegar,oil,cumin,garlic powder and red pepper in bowl.Add beef cubes,stirring to coat.Thread beef cubes and pepper pieces onto 4 skewers,adding 1 onion to each.Place kabobs on rack in broiler so surface of meat is 3 to 4" from heat.Broil 12 to 15 minutes,turning occasionally,to desired doneness.Season with salt and pepper to taste.Makes 4 servings.
