Yield: 10 servings
|¼ cup||Water; boiling|
|½ cup||Fat-free mayonnaise|
|2 tablespoons||White vinegar|
|1||Clove garlic; minced|
|½ teaspoon||Dried oregano; or basil your choice|
Place sun-dried tomatoes in a small bowl. Pour ¼ c. boiling water over tomatoes and let soak for 10 minutes. Remove tomatoes and reserve the soaking liquid. Finely dice tomatoes. Combine tomatoes and soaking liquid, mayo, buttermilk, vinegar, garlic, sugar, and spice in a blender. Whirl until smooth. Store in jar in the refrigerator. Makes 1¼ cups WW Points = 0 per 2 tablespoons PER SERVING; (2 tablespoons ) 9 calories, ⅒ g. fat, 1.7 g carb's, ⅖ protein, 0 mg. cholesterol.
