Tomato-herb dressing

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Red wine vinegar
1 Garlic clove, minced
¾ cup Low-sodium tomato juice
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano leaves
1 pinch Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Chopped scalllions
1 pinch Sugar
1 tablespoon Minced fresh parsley

Place all ingredients in a jar witha tight-fitting lid and shake until thoroughly mixed. Makes 6 servings of 3 Tbsp. each. 10 calories per serving. 0 g fat.
