|½ cup||vegetable juice cocktail|
|1 tablespoon||powdered fruit pectin|
|1 tablespoon||lemon juice|
|1½ teaspoon||chopped fresh basil|
|1 teaspoon||brown sugar|
|1 \N||clove garlic; minced|
In small bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until pectin is dissolved.
Serve with tossed salad greens or vegetable salad.
