V-8 dressing

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup V8 vegetable juice
½ cup Red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Basil, dried
1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
¼ teaspoon Marjoram, dried
¼ teaspoon Thyme, dried
¼ teaspoon Mustard, dry
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 pack Equal sweetener

Place all ingredients except equal in sauce pan. Stir until cornstarch is dissolved. Turn to medium high heat and stir constantly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, add Equal and chill
