Vinaigrette dressing #2

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
⅓ cup (scant) olive oil
⅓ cup (scant) cooking oil
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Paprika
1 dash Red pepper
1 \N Clove garlic; crushed

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. (Note: Liquid ingredients are in the same proportions as the "Good Seasons" bottles, substituting lemon juice for water and olive oil for ½ of the oil.) Yield: 1 cup.
