Turkey tortilla roll-ups

Ingredients

¾cupSour cream
6Flour tortillas (8 inches)
cupDiced cooked turkey
1cupFinely shredded cheddar cheese
1cupShredded lettuce
½cupChopped ripe olives
½cupChunky salsa

Directions

Spread 2 tablespoons sour cream over each tortilla. Top with turkey, cheese, lettuce, olives, and salsa. Roll up each tortilla tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 6 servings.
