Spinach tortilla rollups

Yield: 14 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Green Onions; Finely Chopped
2 tablespoons Cilantro; Finely Chopped
1 tablespoon Parsley; Finely Chopped
3 ounces Can Real Bacon Bits
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour Cream
1 pack Ranch Dressing Mix; 1.04 Oz
2 packs (10 Oz) Spinach; Thawed And Drained
8 \N Flour Tortillas

1. In large bowl, mix onions, cilantro, parsley, bacon bits, mayonnaise, sour cream, and dressing mix.

2. Tear spinach into pieces and add to mixture; mix well.

3. Spread ⅛ of mixture over each tortilla; roll up, leaving ends open.

4. Slice into bite-size pieces before serving.

NOTES : These are delicious when warm. Pop into microwave to heat just before serving.
