Yield: 14 Servings
|6||Green Onions; Finely Chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Cilantro; Finely Chopped|
|1 tablespoon||Parsley; Finely Chopped|
|3 ounces||Can Real Bacon Bits|
|1 cup||Sour Cream|
|1 pack||Ranch Dressing Mix; 1.04 Oz|
|2 packs||(10 Oz) Spinach; Thawed And Drained|
1. In large bowl, mix onions, cilantro, parsley, bacon bits, mayonnaise, sour cream, and dressing mix.
2. Tear spinach into pieces and add to mixture; mix well.
3. Spread ⅛ of mixture over each tortilla; roll up, leaving ends open.
4. Slice into bite-size pieces before serving.
NOTES : These are delicious when warm. Pop into microwave to heat just before serving.
