|6 tablespoons||Shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, (1-1/2 ounces)|
|1 tablespoon||Thinly sliced green onions|
|2 teaspoons||Dijon mustard|
|1 \N||Tub nonfat process cream cheese product, softened|
|6 \N||Flour tortillas|
|12 slices||Cooked deli turkey breast, (1-ounce)|
|12 larges||Fresh spinach leaves or curly leaf lettuce leaves|
|1 \N||Unpeeled cucumber, sliced into 24 slices, 1/8-inch thick|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spread 3 tablespoons cheese mixture over each tortilla. Top each with 2 slices turkey, 2 spinach leaves, and 4 cucumber slices; roll up. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 roll-up).
