Turkey roll-ups

| 12 | slices | Cooked deli turkey breast, (1-ounce) |
| 12 | larges | Fresh spinach leaves or curly leaf lettuce leaves |
| 1 | Unpeeled cucumber, sliced into 24 slices, 1/8-inch thick | |
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spread 3 tablespoons cheese mixture over each tortilla. Top each with 2 slices turkey, 2 spinach leaves, and 4 cucumber slices; roll up. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 roll-up).
