2cupsBread crumbs
2Egg whites, beaten
½cupSkim milk
1cupCarrots, finely chopped
1cupGreen pepper, finely chopped
1canTomato sauce
2clovesGarlic
2teaspoonsThyme
1teaspoonSage
dashCayenne pepper

Directions

Mix all together and press into a loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 60-75 minutes. Serves 8
