Turkey & mushroom burgers (fbfj97a)

Ingredients

| 1 | each | Egg white; (about 2 tbsp) |
| ¼ | cup | White wine; dry |
| ⅓ | cup | Soft french bread crumbs |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | pounds | Ground turkey (breast best) |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Shallots; finely chopped |
| 2 | ounces | Mushrooms; finely chopped |
| ½ | x | Cooking spray |
Directions
In medium size bowl, beat egg white and wine until blended. Stir in crumbs, salt, pepperm and shallots; then lightly mix in turkey and mushrooms. Shape turkey mixture into 6 patties, each about ½ inch thick. Cook just like hamburgers either on the stovetop using non-stick spray on pan or on the grill (best!).
