Turkey and mushroom burgers (fbfj97a)

Ingredients

1eachEgg white; (about 2 tbsp)
¼cupWhite wine; dry
cupSoft french bread crumbs
¼teaspoonSalt
1poundsGround turkey (breast best)
teaspoonPepper
¼cupShallots; finely chopped
2ouncesMushrooms; finely chopped
½xCooking spray

Directions

In medium size bowl, beat egg white and wine until blended. Stir in crumbs, salt, pepperm and shallots; then lightly mix in turkey and mushrooms. Shape turkey mixture into 6 patties, each about ½ inch thick. Cook just like hamburgers either on the stovetop using non-stick spray on pan or on the grill (best!).
