Tuna-avacado mold

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Envelopes unflavored gelatin; prepared as directed
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 can (10.5-oz) cream of celery soup
¼ cup Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Salt
2 cans (7-oz) tuna
1 cup Diced celery
½ cup Chopped avacado
½ cup Chopped pimiento

Combine gelatin, mayonnaise, soup, juice and salt. Chill until slightly thick. Add tuna, celery, avacado and pimiento. Chill until firm.
