Tuna-avacado mold

2 | Envelopes unflavored gelatin; prepared as directed | |
1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
1 | can | (10.5-oz) cream of celery soup |
¼ | cup | Lemon juice |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | cans | (7-oz) tuna |
1 | cup | Diced celery |
½ | cup | Chopped avacado |
½ | cup | Chopped pimiento |
Combine gelatin, mayonnaise, soup, juice and salt. Chill until slightly thick. Add tuna, celery, avacado and pimiento. Chill until firm.
