Avacado dressing

Measure Ingredient
1 large Ripe avacado
½ cup Sour cream
¼ cup Milk
1 tablespoon Grated onion
½ teaspoon Salt (up to)
3 drops Garlic juice
⅛ teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice

Peel & cup up avacado. Whirl in blender with milk & sour cream. Add remaining ingredients & blend until smooth. Place avacado seed in middle of dressing to avoid discoloration. Seal tightly & chill before serving.
