Corn and walnut cheese spread

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs (8-oz) cream cheese; sofened
¼ cup Fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper
½ teaspoon Red pepper
1 can (8-oz) whole kernel corn; drained
1 cup Chopped walnuts
1 can (4.5-oz) chopped green chiles; drained
4 \N Green onions; chopped

Combine all ingredients, and refrigerate up to 8 hours. Serve with crackers, or use as a stuffing for celery and cherry tomatoes. Yeild: 4 Cups
