Molded avacado ring

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Envelopes unflavored gelatin
½ cup Cold water
1¼ cup Boiling water
6 tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1½ teaspoon Grated onion
2¼ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Tabasco sauce
3 cups Sieved avocado
¾ cup Salad dressing or mayonnaise
\N 8 servings.

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Season with lemon juice, grated onion, salt, and Tabasco. Stir in avocado and salad dressing or mayonnaise.
