Molded avacado ring

| ½ | cup | Cold water |
| 1¼ | cup | Boiling water |
| 6 | tablespoons | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Grated onion |
| 2¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Tabasco sauce |
| 3 | cups | Sieved avocado |
| ¾ | cup | Salad dressing or mayonnaise |

Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Season with lemon juice, grated onion, salt, and Tabasco. Stir in avocado and salad dressing or mayonnaise.
