Yield: 6 Servings
|¾ cup||Sieved avocado|
|1½ teaspoon||Freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|3 tablespoons||Minced parsley|
|¾ teaspoon||Celery seed|
|3 drops||Tabasco sauce; more or less|
|1 teaspoon||Grated onion|
|½ teaspoon||Prepared mustard|
Cut avocado into halves and remove seed and skin. Force fruit through a sieve. Rub bowl with cut garlic and discard garlic. Add avocado and other ingredients, blend well. Chill. Yield: 1 cup.
