Avacado dip #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Sieved avocado
1 \N Clove garlic
1½ teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons Minced parsley
¾ teaspoon Celery seed
¼ teaspoon Salt
3 drops Tabasco sauce; more or less
1 teaspoon Grated onion
½ teaspoon Prepared mustard

Cut avocado into halves and remove seed and skin. Force fruit through a sieve. Rub bowl with cut garlic and discard garlic. Add avocado and other ingredients, blend well. Chill. Yield: 1 cup.
