Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Sieved avocado |
| 1 | Clove garlic | |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| 3 | tablespoons | Minced parsley |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Celery seed |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 3 | drops | Tabasco sauce; more or less |
| 1 | teaspoon | Grated onion |
| ½ | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
Directions
Cut avocado into halves and remove seed and skin. Force fruit through a sieve. Rub bowl with cut garlic and discard garlic. Add avocado and other ingredients, blend well. Chill. Yield: 1 cup.
