Measure Ingredient
1 pack (6 ounces) lemon-flavored gelatin
2½ cup Boiling water
1 cup Apple juice
1 can (6-1/2 ounces) starkist® tuna; drained and flaked
1 cup Finely chopped unpeeled apple
⅓ cup Chopped pecans or walnuts
⅓ cup Finely chopped celery
⅓ cup Reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 tablespoons Low-fat milk

In a large, shallow bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in apple juice until blended. Cover; chill mixture about 30 minutes, or until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in tuna, apple, pecans and celery.

Spray a 4- or 5-cup mold (or 5 individual 1-cup molds) with aerosol shortening; pour in mixture. Cover; chill several hours until set. For dressing, in a small bowl stir together mayonnaise and milk; serve with salad.

Notes: Make 4 main-dish or 8 side-dish servings.
