Tuna-waldorf salad mold

| 1 | pack | (6 ounces) lemon-flavored gelatin |
| 2½ | cup | Boiling water |
| 1 | cup | Apple juice |
| 1 | can | (6-1/2 ounces) starkist® tuna; drained and flaked |
| 1 | cup | Finely chopped unpeeled apple |
| ⅓ | cup | Chopped pecans or walnuts |
| ⅓ | cup | Finely chopped celery |
| ⅓ | cup | Reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing |
| 3 | tablespoons | Low-fat milk |
Directions
In a large, shallow bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in apple juice until blended. Cover; chill mixture about 30 minutes, or until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in tuna, apple, pecans and celery.
Spray a 4- or 5-cup mold (or 5 individual 1-cup molds) with aerosol shortening; pour in mixture. Cover; chill several hours until set. For dressing, in a small bowl stir together mayonnaise and milk; serve with salad.
Notes: Make 4 main-dish or 8 side-dish servings.
