Tropical cream dressing for fruit

Ingredients

1 | tablespoon | Chutney; (15mL) |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar; (25mL) |
¾ | teaspoon | Cinnamon; (3mL) |
¾ | cup | Creamed cottage cheese; (200mL) |
3 | ounces | Cream cheese; (113mL) |
¼ | teaspoon | Curry powder; (1mL) |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together using medium speed on an electric mixer.
Serve over a mixture of tropical fruits such as papaya, mango, pineapple, bananas etc.
Yield : approx. 1¼ cups (300mL).
