1 pack | (3-oz) cream cheese; softened |
2 tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
6 ounces | Pineapple; peach or apricot preserves |
1 tablespoon | Fresh lemon juice |
¼ teaspoon | Curry powder |
½ cup | Heavy cream; whipped or whipped topping |
Blend cream cheese & mayonnaise by hand until smooth. Stir in preserves, lemon juice & curry powder. Chill about 1 hour before serving. Stir in whipped cream & refrigerate.
