Cream cheese dressing for fresh fruit

Ingredients

8 | ounces | Cream cheese; softened (227gm) |
3 | tablespoons | Powdered sugar; (50mL) [icing sugar] |
2 | tablespoons | Light cream; (25mL) |
2 | tablespoons | Orange liqueur; (25mL) Or 1 tbsp. undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate (15mL) |
Directions
Beat all ingredients together until light.
Mound on a combination of fresh fruit, such as apricots, nectarines and grapes.
Serves 4 to 6.
Hallie's notes : Mascarpone could be substituted for the cream cheese.
In Canada we call powdered sugar by the name of icing sugar.
