Fresh fruit with creamy tropical topping

2Kiwifruit; peeled, sliced
2cupsChunked fresh pineapple
2cupsStrawberries; halved
½cupSeedless red grapes
½cupSeedless green grapes
Creamy tropical topping (recipe follows)
Fresh mint (optional)

Directions

In large bowl, combine fruit. Serve with Creamy Tropical Topping. Garnish with mint, if desired.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
