Tropical fruit dip

Measure Ingredient
1 can Frozen orange juice concentrate
6 oz size-thawed
1½ cup Milk
1 pack Instant vanilla pudding; 3 1
½ cup Sour cream
Fruit; * see note

Combine thawed orange juice concentrate, milk and pudding mix. Beat with mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Chill 2 hours or longer. * Cut a fresh pineapple in half lengthwise. Scrape out fruit, leaving shell intact. Use pineapple shell to serve dip. Cut the pineapple fruit in chunks to be used in dip.

Bananas, marshmallows or angel food cake chunks may also be used.
