Tin roof pie

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Peanut butter
¼ cup Light corn syrup
2 cups Cornflakes, crushed
1 quart Vanilla ice cream, softened
3 tablespoons Unsalted peanuts, chopped
\N \N Chocolate syrup, heated

In a 9" pie plate, combine peanut butter and corn syrup. Add cereal and mix until well combined. Press into bottom and sides of plate. Chill. Spoon softened ice cream into shell. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Freeze. Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving. Serve with warm chocolate syrup. Serves 6 - 8
