Tuna pot pie

Ingredients

| 2 | cans | Drained tuna |
| 12 | ounces | Mixed vegetables |
| 2 | ounces | Butter melted |
| 1 | tablespoon | Flour |
| 2 | eaches | Pie crusts 8 inch |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 2 | ounces | Parmesean cheese |
Directions
Melt butter in large pot. When melted whisk in flour to form a light rue. Then whisk in milk to make a sauce. Stir in tuna and vegetables. Heat through. Add parmesean cheese and stir in. Put mixture into pie crust and cover with other crust. Cook ½ hour in oven at 350 degrees. Let cool for 10 minutes then serve.
