Tuna pot pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cans Drained tuna
12 ounces Mixed vegetables
2 ounces Butter melted
1 tablespoon Flour
2 eaches Pie crusts 8 inch
½ cup Milk
2 ounces Parmesean cheese

Directions

Melt butter in large pot. When melted whisk in flour to form a light rue. Then whisk in milk to make a sauce. Stir in tuna and vegetables. Heat through. Add parmesean cheese and stir in. Put mixture into pie crust and cover with other crust. Cook ½ hour in oven at 350 degrees. Let cool for 10 minutes then serve.
