Three-mustard mayonnaise

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Bottle mayonnaise
1½ tablespoon Coarse-grained mustard
1 tablespoon English-style prepared mustard; (not dry)
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
2 teaspoons Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Honey

In a bowl stir together the mayonnaise, the mustards, the lemon juice, the honey, and pepper to taste. Serve the mayonnaise with meat, chicken, or vegetables.

Makes about 1¼ cups.
