Three bean spam salad

1canYellow wax beans, drained (16 oz)
1canSPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed (7 oz)
cupChopped onion
cupSugar
cupOil
cupCider vinegar
1tablespoonStone-ground mustard
¼teaspoonCoarsely ground pepper

Directions

In bowl, combine green beans, kidney beans, wax beans, SPAM, and onion. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over SPAM mixture. Stir gently. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
