Three beans in a salad

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Cooked, drained pinto beans
⅔ cup Cooked, drained garbanzo bns
1½ cup Sliced, steamed green beans
½ cup Diced celery
¼ cup Diced red onion
¼ cup Diced pimentos
¼ cup Chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Natural rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
4 teaspoons Olive oil
¼ teaspoon Each salt and freshly ground
\N \N Pepper
\N \N Lettuce leaves

1. In salad bowl combine all ingredients, except lettuce. Chill 2. Serve on lettuce leaves.
