|⅔ cup||Soy sauce|
|1 teaspoon||Garlic, minced|
|2 tablespoons||Dry, ground mustard|
|2 teaspoons||Ground ginger|
|2 tablespoons||Onion, minced|
|⅓ cup||Olive oil|
Put soy in a small bowl. whisk in ground mustard, ginger, garlic and onion.
add molasses and stir well. finally, add olive oil mix well, and immediately place one half in bottom of a marinating pan. add meat. cover with remaining marinade. cover. refrigerate. turn 4 times in 24 hours.
