2 | tablespoons | Rice wine vinegar or white |

2 | tablespoons | Honey |
2 | tablespoons | Minced, peeled fresh |
Gingerroot | ||
2 | cloves | Garlic, minced |
¼ | teaspoon | Crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate hens 2 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat broiler. Broil 6-8" from heat 20-25 minutes, turning now and then.
