Quartered
¼cupReduced sodium soy sauce
2tablespoonsRice wine vinegar or white
Vinegar
2tablespoonsHoney
2tablespoonsMinced, peeled fresh
Gingerroot
2clovesGarlic, minced
¼teaspoonCrushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate hens 2 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat broiler. Broil 6-8" from heat 20-25 minutes, turning now and then.
