Tarragon vinaigrette

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup White wine vinegar
\N \N Salt and freshly ground
\N \N Pepper -- to taste
¾ cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Minced fresh tarragon

In a small bowl, combine vinegar, salt and pepper, and minced tarragon.

Whisk in oil and let stand 5 minutes. Whisk again, then taste and adjust seasoning.

Makes 1 cup.
