Sweet-and-sour dipping sauce

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Mango chutney
2 tablespoons Dark brown sugar
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Hot sauce

Combine all ingredients; stir well, and chill. Yield: 1-½ cups (serving size: 1 tablespoon).

Serving Ideas : Serve with griller shrimp or pork.
