Hot and sweet dipping sauce

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 Floz white wine vinegar
100 grams Sugar
2 Cloves garlic
1 Red chilli
1 Lemon grass; (soft end crushed)
1 Lime zest and juice

In a pan put the vinegar, sugar, garlic, chilli, lemon grass, lime zest and juice. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes. Pour into a blender and blitz for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
