|¼ cup||apple cider vinegar|
|½ cup||confectioners' sugar|
|1 teaspoon||ground paprika|
|2 teaspoons||dijon mustard|
|1 teaspoon||celery seed|
Combine water, sugar, mustard, & vinegar in blender or food processor and process until well combined. Whisk in paprika & celery seed.
Makes 2 cups.
27 calories per ¼ cup serving. ⅒ g fat. 3% fat. NOTE: I sometimes add a tsp. of poppy seeds to this as well. Makes a fabulous dressing for a spinach and strawberry salad.
