Sweet & sour dressing

Measure Ingredient
1 cup water
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon ground paprika
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed

Combine water, sugar, mustard, & vinegar in blender or food processor and process until well combined. Whisk in paprika & celery seed.

Makes 2 cups.

27 calories per ¼ cup serving. ⅒ g fat. 3% fat. NOTE: I sometimes add a tsp. of poppy seeds to this as well. Makes a fabulous dressing for a spinach and strawberry salad.
