Sweet & sour bbq sauce

| 4 | Cloves garlic -- minced | |
| 2 | Inch fresh ginger root | |
| 1 | pint | Red wine |
| Olive oil | ||
| Flour to thicken | ||
| 2 | Orange | |
| 2 | Lime | |
| 1 | Lemon | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 2 | teaspoons | Capers |
| 1 | tablespoon | Malt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Molasses |
| 2 | teaspoons | Mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili sauce or tabasco |
| Spices: | ||
| pinch | Nutmeg | |
| 2 | Pods | |
| 4 | Cloves -- ground | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Allspice |
| Black pepper | ||

Directions
JUICE OF:
Chop the onions, garlic and ginger and slowlycook in the oil until soft. Add flour to thicken ( thin if you want to marinade). Add everything else and cook for half an hour.
