Sweet success bbq sauce

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Heinz Ketchup |
| 3 | tablespoons | Garlic minced |
| 4 | tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Soy sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Black pepper |
| ½ | cup | Yellow mustard |
| ¾ | cup | Honey |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | ounces | Sour mash whiskey |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan and heat slowly. Stir constantly. When mixture starts to boil remove from heat and store in refrigerator or use immediately. * NOTE: ¼ c of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice or lime juice may be added if desired. ORIGIN: Don Houston's kitchen. circa 1988
