¼ cup | Thick cream |

Mix flour, baking powder, milk, and egg yolks into nice smooth batter. Add the cream and melted butter. Add the whites of eggs beaten stiff. Fry in 8-12" frying pan. When fried, put on jam of any kind, then fold in four and serve as dessert.
