1 | tablespoon | Malt |
2 | tablespoons | Molasses |
2 | teaspoons | Mustard |
1 | teaspoon | Chili sauce or tabasco |

Directions
SPICES
Chop the onions, garlic and ginger and slowly cook in the oil until soft. Add flour to thicken ( thin if you want to marinade). Add everything else and cook for half an hour.
