| 1 | Lemon | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 2 | teaspoons | Capers |
| 1 | tablespoon | Malt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Molasses |
| 2 | teaspoons | Mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili sauce or tabasco |
| pinch | Nutmeg | |
| 2 | pounds | Cardamon; ground |
| 4 | Cloves; ground | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Allspice |

Directions
SPICES
Chop the onions, garlic and ginger and slowly cook in the oil until soft. Add flour to thicken ( thin if you want to marinade). Add everything else and cook for half an hour.
