Sweet sour sauce

Measure Ingredient
½ cup WATER
8 pounds JAM JELLY ASST 1/2
3 tablespoons SOY SAUCE
1½ cup VINEGAR CIDER

1. COMBINE JAM, VINEGAR, WATER AND SOY SAUCE. BLEND WELL.

NOTE: 1. SERVE WITH CHINESE EGG ROLLS OR LUMPIA (FILIPINO STYLE EGG ROLLS).

NOTE: 2. ONE AA LADLE MAY BE USED. SEE RECIPE NO. A-4.
