Almost instant pasta salad

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Fat-Free Mayonnaise, or Salad Dressing
⅓ cup Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Fresh Basil; chopped
12 ounces Bow-Tie Pasta; cooked al dente and drained
1 cup Carrots; sliced
1 cup Green Onions; sliced
1 cup Yellow Squash; sliced
1 cup Red Bell Pepper; chopped
1 cup Green Bell Pepper; chopped

Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, mustard, salt and basil in a bowl and mix well. Stir in pasta and vegetables. Cover and chill 4 hours. Serve in bowls, on lettuce or cabbage leaves.
