12 ounces | Bow-Tie Pasta; cooked al dente and drained |
1 cup | Carrots; sliced |
1 cup | Green Onions; sliced |
1 cup | Yellow Squash; sliced |
1 cup | Red Bell Pepper; chopped |
1 cup | Green Bell Pepper; chopped |
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, mustard, salt and basil in a bowl and mix well. Stir in pasta and vegetables. Cover and chill 4 hours. Serve in bowls, on lettuce or cabbage leaves.
