Sweet potato soup

Ingredients

| 1¼ | pounds | Sweet potato, diced, peeled | 
| 3 | Carrots, chopped | |
| 1 | large | Celery stalk, chopped | 
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
| 6 | cups | Water | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Hungarian sweet paprika | 
Directions
Put all vegetables with the bay leaf in a soup pot.  Add water & bring to a boil.  Simmer for about one hour.  Stir occasionally. 
Just befroe serving, add lemon juice & paprika.  Remove bay leaf.
