Sweet kugel

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Egg noodles; (cooked & drained) (7 to 8 ozs)
1 pounds Dry curd cottage cheese
½ pounds Cream cheese
¼ pounds Margarine
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Sour cream
½ cup Milk
6 \N Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon Nutmeg
\N \N Cinnamon crisp crackers; (crushed)

Beat until creamy, cottage cheese, cream cheese, butter & sugar. Add Eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla to milk & blend in along with sour cream, & nutmeg. Add Noodles, & pour into a deep casserole dish that has been sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Top with crushed cinnamon crackers to completely coat the top. Bake@ 350º ¾ to 1 hour.
