| Egg noodles; (cooked & drained) (7 to 8 ozs) | ||
| 1 | pounds | Dry curd cottage cheese |
| ½ | pounds | Cream cheese |
| ¼ | pounds | Margarine |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 6 | Eggs | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla extract |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| Cinnamon crisp crackers; (crushed) | ||
Directions
Beat until creamy, cottage cheese, cream cheese, butter & sugar. Add Eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla to milk & blend in along with sour cream, & nutmeg. Add Noodles, & pour into a deep casserole dish that has been sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Top with crushed cinnamon crackers to completely coat the top. Bake@ 350º ¾ to 1 hour.
