|1 \N||Bag egg noodles or no yolk noodles|
|1 tablespoon||Oil (more for a richer taste)|
|2 \N||Apples, depending on the size, peeled and diced (up to 5)|
|\N \N||Cinnamon to taste|
|1 pinch||Nutmeg (optional)|
|4 \N||Eggs -or-|
|6 \N||Egg whites|

Boil noodles according to package directions. (about 10 minutes) Add salt and oil. Add apples, sugar, and spices. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, and add to mixture. Bake in greased (or sprayed with non-stick spray) pan at 350 degrees until golden brown.
