Ingredients

| 1 | Bag egg noodles or no yolk noodles | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Oil (more for a richer taste) |
| 2 | Apples, depending on the size, peeled and diced (up to 5) | |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| Cinnamon to taste | ||
| 1 | pinch | Nutmeg (optional) |
| 4 | Eggs -or- | |
| 6 | Egg whites | |

Boil noodles according to package directions. (about 10 minutes) Add salt and oil. Add apples, sugar, and spices. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, and add to mixture. Bake in greased (or sprayed with non-stick spray) pan at 350 degrees until golden brown.
