Ingredients

1Bag egg noodles or no yolk noodles
½teaspoonSalt
1tablespoonOil (more for a richer taste)
2Apples, depending on the size, peeled and diced (up to 5)
½cupSugar
Cinnamon to taste
1pinchNutmeg (optional)
4Eggs -or-
6Egg whites

Boil noodles according to package directions. (about 10 minutes) Add salt and oil. Add apples, sugar, and spices. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, and add to mixture. Bake in greased (or sprayed with non-stick spray) pan at 350 degrees until golden brown.
