1 \N BOX MEDIUM NOODLES COOKED
4 \N EGGS
3 tablespoons BUTTER; IF DAIRY, or
3 tablespoons SCHMALTZ; if MEAT, SUBSTITUE WHAT YOU LIKE
\N \N KOSHER SALT TO TASTE
\N \N BLACK PEPPER

My mother's recipe was done in 2 versions- Fleishig and Milchig.

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350. PLACE PAN WITH SOME SHORTENING IN THE OVEN UNTIL MELTED. PLACE NOODLE MIXTURE IN THE HOT SHORTENING. TOP WITH PATS OF THE SHORTENING THAT YOU CHOOSE. BAKE 1 HOUR.
