Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Butter |
¾ cup | Apple cider |
3 pounds | Sweet potatoes |
¼ teaspoon | Nutmeg |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Boil sweet potatoes, peel, and mash them. Add cider, seasonings, and ⅓ cup of butter. Mix well. Place in greased baking dish. Dot with remaining butter. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.
