Yield: 1 Servings
|1½ pounds||Potatoes; peeled and quarted|
|⅓ cup||Sour cream|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender; drain and mash well.
2. Melt butter in pan, and saute onions until transparent, add to potato with soured cream and milk, mix until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
3. Spoon potato mixture into ovenproof dish, sprinkle with paprika, bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
