1Cauliflower, cooked and separated into flowerets
2tablespoonsCream
1cupMayonnaise
Lettuce leaves
2Tomatotes, cut into wedges
1Cucumber, sliced thin.

Directions

Combine fihs and cauliflower. Chill. Blend cream with Mayonnaise, Add enough mayonnaise mixture to fish mixture to coata ingredients. toss to mix.
