Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Cod fillets, poached and cubed
1 Cauliflower, cooked and separated into flowerets
2 tablespoons Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves
2 Tomatotes, cut into wedges
1 Cucumber, sliced thin.

Combine fihs and cauliflower. Chill. Blend cream with Mayonnaise, Add enough mayonnaise mixture to fish mixture to coata ingredients. toss to mix.
